Imagined by CODIC-GROUP, designed by FOSTER and Partners with TETRA KAYSER, the ROYAL-HAMILIUS project totalizing 36.000 sqm will be the new high end retail, offices and residential destination of Luxembourg City.

The hanging garden, green spaces, vast car park (628 parking lots), apartments, offices plus a grand total of 21 shops, stores and restaurants will help in making Luxembourg City the most vibrating city in the Grande Région.

A new shopping experience will be available with the arrival of the French department store Galeries Lafayette, a fabulous flagship store representing the premium French inspired way of living. Also part of the Royal-Hamilius project, Fnac is already a real destination creating a new market on its own with this one and only location in Luxembourg City. The premium Delhaize supermarket will fulfill the daily needs for residents, workers and tourists.

Last but not least, the festive Manko restaurant (part of the Moma Group and already opened in Paris and Doha) will enhance the rooftop of Royal-Hamilius.
