New office building to let in Cloche d'Or. Printzipal, a building designed by M3 Architectes, was thougt out to make office spaces as attractive as possible. This building offers a new face to the street thanks to its large terrace coated in geometric structures welcoming visitors and occupants. This continues in the entrance hall adorned with a green wall and a majestic staircase inviting people to meet. The building has a 140-seat auditorium, also intended as a flexible and coworking space, a café area and a fitness room exposed to daylight. On the upper floors, the surfaces are divisible with particular attention given to transparency. The top floor benefits from a terrace with a panoramic view. Printzipal has over 5,900 sqm of offices and 48 underground parking spaces. Cars and electric bicycles are provided for sharing to the occupants of the building. Printzipal is aiming for BREEAM Excellent, DGNB Gold and Well Gold certifications.
