Description

K2 is comprised of six ideally-located office buildings at the intersection of two main roads, Boulevard Kennedy and Rue Coudenove Calerghi, right in the heart of Kirchberg. The architects’ firm Art & Build, in partnership with Tetra Kayser, was responsible for its design. The idea was to imagine an open, functional and modular environment, with a maximum of natural light, thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as an exceptional view on the outside. Footbridges were installed between the buildings. K2 extends over a 2.5 ha site, half of which is devoted to paths and green spaces. The buildings, which face each other, are embellished with interior gardens offering very quite spaces.

"Plateau du Kirchberg" is the financial heart of Luxembourg, situated between the city center and the airport, in border of the motorway network leading towards Germany, France and Belgium. The European Institutions chose this renowned and functional district to settle their headquarters, as well as numerous banks and renowned multinational companies.

The Auchan shopping centre is just 10 minutes' walking. The city centre and the central station can be easily accessed by public transport. The new tram network is also in the immediate vicinity.
