The 10,000 m2 building is perfectly integrated with the topography of the site and the differences in level between the two access roads allow us to manage the different flows to offer a functional and pleasant building with a human dimension.
The south entrance and access to the two main stairwells, each with a double lift, are rue de la Poudrerie. A second entrance is located at the level of the entresol, rue du Château d'Eau, where are the bus stops. These two accesses are connected by a very spacious internal passage. The generous entrance area on the ground floor gives a bird's eye view of a large open porch, creating a motivating, friendly and dynamic place. The building was considered "single-tenant", which by its design can at any time be easily divided into two operating units.
Large glazed areas promote the natural lighting of spaces, creating a pleasant working environment while integrating the aspects of economy and energy.
The main structure of the building is made of concrete with a natural stone facade and metal panels. All the materials used have been chosen according to the criteria of sustainable development.
Large roof terraces towards the Rue du Château d'Eau offer panoramic views of the landscape and allow for particularly attractive spaces to be incorporated into the building.
Next to the water tower in Leudelange, in a lively area with diverses activities, the new office building Les Hauts de Leudelange is easily accessible.
The commute is verz because of the proximity of the motorway and good public transportation between Leudelange and the Luxembourg City.
